Articles of Association

In addition to legislation, regulations and recommendations, the Articles of Association form the basis for control of the company’s operations. The Articles of Association include the location of the Board of Directors’ registered office, the focus of operations, limitations pertaining to share capital and the number of shares as well as conditions for participation in general meetings.

Below Articles of Association were adopted at the Annual General Meeting in May 2023.
