Policies
Momentum Group works to ensure that business operations are conducted with high standards of integrity and ethics. Our governing documents include policies for code of conduct, work environment, equal treatment, environment and quality. We also have policies for whistleblowing and data protection as well as guidelines against corruption and anti-competitive practices. These policies constitute minimum requirements that all operations and employees must meet. Based on these, the Group’s various units develop customized goals and action plans.
Momentum Group Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct describes ethical guidelines and principles for decision-making within the Group. It includes legal requirements, UN and ILO guidelines and OECD guidelines for multinational enterprises. All companies, employees and partners are expected to comply with this code.
