Business area Industry

The companies in the Industry business area offer components and related services primarily to aftermarket and OEM customers in the industrial sector in the Nordic region. The companies are primarily resellers, but with some elements of own products and assembly with a strong focus on industrial improvements. The companies, with a leading position in one or more product verticals and market niches, are divided into the two business units: Power Transmission and Specialist. The business area consists of parts of the former Components business area.

Momentum Industrial

Momentum Industrial is one of Sweden's leading resellers of industrial components for industry, with local warehousing and sales in more than 30 locations in Sweden and through two branches in Norway. Among other things, Momentum Industrial offers local availability of products, service, consultancy, customised product training, condition monitoring and surveillance, logistics solutions and on-call service. The company’s customers are mainly in the processing and manufacturing industries, such as paper/pulp, sawmills, automotive, food, mining and engineering.

Momentum Industrial has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1,180 million and around 280 employees.

Agera

Agera Industritillbehör was founded in 1991 by Johan Swedmark. Since the beginning, the company has been focused on retail operations and they represent several world-leading manufacturers in the product areas of ball bearings, transmission, motors and filters as well as seals. Agera delivers products and services to industries, ventilation companies and other businesses with high demands on product quality with high availability and competence. The company is based in Malmö with store and warehouse in the Fosie industrial area.

Agera has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 15 million and 5 employees.

ETAB

ETAB Industriautomation is a market leader in industrial automation and provides high quality products and services in hydraulics, linear technology and pneumatics to industrial companies in Sweden. The company has long-term partnerships with leading manufacturers and offers assembly, construction and service. The company also offers its own seal production at three locations in Sweden.

ETAB has an annual turnover of around SEK 70 million and employs around 20 people.

Helsingin Kumi is a Finnish company founded in 1951 that has since its inception focused on the sale of customized rubber products and rubber profiles. The products are custom-made in the company's own workshop and delivered to industrial customers, primarily in Finland.

The operations are conducted from Helsinki and have annual sales of approximately SEK 25 million with seven employees.

HNC

HNC Group is a leading player in solutions for industrial automation in Denmark. HNC is an automation supplier established in 1979 with sales and production of components as well as customized solutions for automation and process optimization for customers, primarily in the food and pharmaceutical industry, and for machine builders. The company has had success with its self-developed pneumatic cylinder family Unic in stainless steel, which complements the offer of products from leading manufacturers.

Hydjan

Hydjan Oy, founded in 1994, has over 25 years of experience in industrial, marine, and mobile hydraulics and is a specialist in hydraulics and pneumatics. The company designs customized systems, units and cylinders, and provide hydraulic installation and maintenance services to industrial customers in Finland. They offer high quality products, mainly hydraulic components like motors, pumps, pipes, fittings, flanges, and valves from reputable manufacturers. Hydjan has been a certified partner for Bosch Rexroth since its inception and the operations are conducted from Helsinki.

JNF

JNF offers industrial components & services including transmission, hydraulics and pumps, as well as industrial supplies (such as tools, fasteners and personal protection) to professional end-users in the industrial, construction and public sectors in Denmark.

Jokrab

JOKRAB was founded in 1987 by Lennart Joling and Magnus Kristiansson and thus is named after the two founders. The company offers flexible automation services and builds and assembles equipment that regulates all types of processes, mainly for the pharmaceutical industry. JOKRAB has a workshop with warehouse and test sites in Svenneby, outside Hamburgsund.

PW Kullagerteknik

PW Kullagerteknik was founded in 2006 by Peter Wiechert. The company is a specialist in ball and rolling bearings, but also offers other industrial supplies such as seals and transmissions to a broad customer base in the industry. The business is located in Skarpnäck outside Stockholm with warehouse and office.

Regal is a leading niche player in transmission, electrical automation and control to both OEM and end customers in the food, toy and pharmaceutical industries in Denmark. The company has established collaborations with suppliers such as KEB Automation, Ruhrgetriebe, Panasonic, Swedrive, Sumitomo  and Hitachi and  offers, among other things, electric motors, gears, variable speed drives, PLC and sensors. The business is located in Roskilde, Denmark with sales, gear assembly and warehouse.

Swerub

Swerub  is a family business founded in 1975 that since its inception has focused on the production of moulded rubber parts such as vibration dampers, gaskets, seals and glands. Today, Swerub is the market leader in Sweden for advanced custom-made rubber products and also offers a wide range of standard components for fast delivery for industrial customers. The company has two production facilities in Värmland, Sweden; one in Sunne and one in Ekshärad.

Swerub has annual sales of approximately SEK 40 million and some 25 employees.

The company provides high quality products and services in pneumatics, process valves and measuring instruments, as well as offering assembly, consulting, training and service.
