The companies in the Infrastructure business area offer products, services and solutions to customers in industrial infrastructure that are critical to a functioning society. The companies are resellers and service companies and often deliver complete solutions with a focus on safe operation, longer service life and increased efficiency. The companies, with a leading position in one or more product verticals and market niches, are divided into the two business units: Flow Technology and Technical Solutions. The business area consists of the former business area Services, with the addition of certain companies that were previously part of Components business area.

Askalon

Askalon has a leading position in advanced valve solutions, primarily for the power, refinery and process industries in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland. Within the largest product group control valves, the company has a unique position in the market with its custom-built solutions and as the only Emerson representative in its markets. Askalon has six sales offices and three service centers in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Askalon has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 317 million and around 115 employees.

BPS

Börjesson Pipe Systems (BPS) is one of the leading players in the market for flow technology solutions and products. The company was formed in 2001 and has been successful with own products such as WHP (Water Hammer Protector) to reduce water hammers, jet spray nozzles, design-patented jet spray lances and flow meter wells to reduce water leakage on drinking water networks. The own products complement the offer of products from leading manufacturers. The operations is based in Gothenburg, where the company also has its warehouse and can offer customers a wide selection of products and quick deliveries. 

BPS has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 50 million and seven employees.

Cobalch

Cobalch was established in 1982 and offers products and services in pipeline accessories for gas, water, oil, sewage treatment plants, water works and refineries for customers in the Nordic region and parts of Europe. The company has long-standing partnerships with well-established suppliers and also provides certain special solutions that are sold under its own name. Operations are conducted from Kvistgård, near Helsingør in Denmark.

Conclean

Conclean is a leading niche player in private sewage, rainwater recycling and stormwater management, primarily for infrastructure companies but also directly to municipalities. The offer includes mini-treatment plants, septic tanks, pumping stations, rain recovery tanks and oil separators. The business is located in Norrköping and Örebro with planning, sales and service.

Hydmos

Hydmos Industriteknik has a leading niche position within special fluid solutions such as gases and liquids for customers in various industries. Their offer consists of hydraulic systems, high-pressure pumps, test pressure equipment and gas booster systems. Hydmos is specialized in solutions for high pressures (up to 10,000 bar) in combination with its expertise in regulation via control systems. The company offers its own product and is a strategic partner of Haskel.

Instrumentgruppen

Instrumentgruppen is a specialist in CNG/Hydrogen refueling components and gas detection with customers in the process, gas and biogas industry in Sweden. The company represents well-known brands such as WEH, Teledyne, Sensitron and Rittmeyer and offers a wide range of products, primarily in quick couplings, refueling components, check valves and gas detection. Items also offers training to ensure proper use of equipment in demanding environments to avoid accidents, optimize production and reduce operating costs. Operations are conducted from Stora Höga, near Stenungsund.

Minrox

Minrox was founded in 2013 and is a specialist in flow technology for challenging environments and for liquids that are abrasive and aggressive. The company is the exclusive distributor in the Swedish market of Flowrox products (owned by Valmet since 2021) such as pinch valves, knife gate valves, hose pumps and pulse dampers. Minrox offers solutions for abrasive and corrosive installations in industrial process plants for customers in the mining and minerals, chemical, smelting, wastewater treatment plants, offshore, marine and food industries.

The business is conducted from Huddinge and Motala and has a turnover of approximately SEK 34 million with the company's two founders as sole employees.

KmK Instrument was founded in 1994 and since then its business has consisted of offering industrial measurement technology of the highest quality, primarily to the Swedish metal, engineering and automotive industries. The company is a distributor of measuring equipment with specialist expertise in measurement technology, material testing and non-destructive testing. They have a wide range of machines, tools and instruments through a number of well-established suppliers and perform calibration services for manual and automated measurement processes. ZRS Testing Systems is a leading specialist in material testing and calibration for the production, manufacturing and pharmaceutical industries, primarily in Sweden but also Norway. They are a supplier of material testing equipment and component testing systems, primarily from the German brand ZwickRoell, and the equipment is used for both destructive and non-destructive testing. As an accredited laboratory according to ISO 17025, they perform calibrations according to international standards such as ISO and ASTM, as well as provide installation, training and service.
