Strategic focus

Momentum Group’s strategy is focused on sustainable and profitable earnings growth. Financial targets

Momentum Group has a clear focus on profit growth and cash flow generation, which is at the core of our business model and financial targets. Our main financial target is to achieve annual earnings growth of at least 15 per cent over a business cycle, while maintaining high profitability and a disciplined approach to capital allocation. Building on our proven business model, our ambition is to reach EBITA of approximately SEK 680 million by the end of 2030.

Our next five-year journey

Building on our proven business model, the next phase of Momentum Group’s development is focused on continuing to generate profitable earnings growth, through the development of our existing companies as well as acquisitions. We see further opportunities to strengthen our positions in existing markets, expand into new product verticals and selected parts of the value chain, and gradually broaden our geographic presence. Together, these provide several avenues for continued growth towards our 2030 ambition.

Three avenues for continued growth

Organic development

Profitable growth and continuous improvement in our existing companies, with a focus on strengthening the customer offering, increasing value added and improving efficiency.

New verticals

Expansion into selected product verticals and parts of the value chain where we can create clear customer value and build on our technical expertise and application knowledge.

Geographic expansion

Continued growth across the Nordic region, complemented by selective expansion into markets outside the Nordics where we see attractive opportunities to build strong positions.

Our model to enable growth

Our decentralised business model is designed to enable continued growth without adding unnecessary complexity or Group overhead. Four mutually reinforcing engines strengthen our ability to develop companies, build capable business leaders, make successful acquisitions and allocate capital where it creates the most value. By developing each engine as structural capital, with repeatable processes, clear principles and shared capabilities, we create a scalable platform for profitable growth towards our 2030 ambition.
